The SUS2050SB is a small-roller double-pitch stainless steel sprocket for No.2050S SS chain at 31.75 mm pitch. Stepping up in pitch from the 2040 series, this sprocket handles moderate conveying loads that exceed the capacity of smaller-pitch double-pitch drives while retaining the low-noise, low-inertia advantages that make double-pitch drives popular in food processing, logistics, and packaging machinery.
Available in effective tooth counts of 9½ through 12½, the SUS2050SB is a direct-fit replacement for Tsubaki 2050S, Iwis DP50 stainless, and equivalent Renold double-pitch 50-series components — manufactured in our Hangzhou CNC facility and priced factory-direct, removing the distribution chain that adds cost when sourcing equivalent European or Japanese parts.

Why Double-Pitch at 31.75 mm?
The 31.75 mm (1.25 inch) pitch of No.2050 double-pitch chain places this product firmly in the medium-duty conveying category. Applications include supermarket checkout conveyors, tote-bin transport systems, poultry and fish-processing lines, and bottling-plant conveyors — all of which need enough chain strength to handle real product weights, but benefit from the quieter, lighter chain-and-sprocket combination that double-pitch provides over standard No.50 chain at the same conveying speed.
The small-roller design of the SUS2050SB means the chain rollers are the same diameter as the standard No.50 chain roller (10.16 mm), maintaining compatibility with standard chain guides and wear strips that may already be fitted to the machine. This makes the SUS2050SB a practical retrofit choice when converting a machine from standard-pitch to double-pitch to reduce noise or drive-motor load.
